The majority of us have the occasional lethargic,
unmotivated morning.
You are aware of the numerous tasks you have to complete
when you awaken, but you simply cannot persuade yourself to complete any of
them.
So you choose to sleep in. Or perhaps you get up and kill
time on your phone. Before you know it, it's 11:00 a.m. and you still
haven't done anything.
I'll give you a few tips today that will enable you to
consistently be motivated and productive in the morning.

1. Avoid Snoozing
Your mood may be worse when you wake up later than usual if
you ignore your alarm. Every five to ten minutes of interrupted sleep is more
harmful than beneficial. To force you to get out of bed to silence your alarm,
try placing it on the opposite side of the room.
2. Turn On Your Light Immediately
Make sure you turn on your lights as soon as you wake up
because doing so will cause your brain to recognise that it is morning and wake
you up much more quickly than if you get up and keep your lighting off for a
short time.
3. Put On An Outfit That Makes You Feel Good
If you feel at ease, satisfied & happy in your
clothing, this will enhance your confidence, and it may truly make your day.
Choosing your outfit something you enjoy wearing can actually help you feel
more motivated to face the day.
I would get up really happy if I know I am going to wear
something that I love.
4. Clean the House/Room the Night Before
When you are forced to deal with a cluttered room, it is tough to stay motivated. Your drive will go in an instant.
Your focus will
be diverted by the clutter, and you won't remember your objectives. Making sure
your home is clean and organised the night before will help you feel inspired
and ready to tackle the day.
5. Eat A Healthy Breakfast
A well-rounded breakfast will help you get out of bed and will give you the energy to last until lunch. Skipping breakfast can make you irritated and unexciting in your thinking.
Oranges or grapefruit in the morning
can offer you a boost in energy if you don't have time to grab a good breakfast
before you leave. Citrus is known to give an energy boost.
Try to have your favourite, energy booster foods in
breakfast. Having the same boring breakfast routine is really unexciting so try
to switch among some really healthy and tasty options.
6. Inspire Yourself By Your Environment
Keep something motivating in your room, such as a favourite art piece or perhaps some picture frames, so you can view them from your bed. A collection of images, sayings, or other stuff that uplift you might be arranged on an inspiration board, which you could keep in your bedroom.
In this way, the
last thing you see before sleeping and the very first sight you see when you
get up will both make you feel pleased and upbeat, which will help you stay
motivated.
Try to put anything which makes you happy as soon as you see
it.
7. Take Some Water
The
best advice is to have a bottle or glass of water near your bed so that you
have it available when you start waking up.
8. Smile
The first thing you should do when you open your eyes is smile. Even if you fake a smile, it will still make you happy. Your facial expression and physiology both influence how you feel. Avoid thinking about anything that would make you upset and try to smile.
Your face is telling you otherwise, therefore chances are good that you won't feel depressed. To create the feelings you want, manage your behaviour. When you get up every morning, smile widely. When you smile, try to be as sincere as you can and let the joy flow through you.
Even telling yourself, "Today is going to be a fantastic day and beautiful things will happen to you," will mean a lot.
9. Make Your First Success
You must achieve your first accomplishment in the morning if you want to keep yourself happy when you wake up. It could be anything. For instance, making your bed can help you achieve your first success.
Since you completed the day's first task, pat yourself on the back. Feel pleased with it. You can also decide to practise yoga or write down your objectives. The idea is to feel good about and celebrate your day's first minor victory.
You want to have a terrific morning filled with inspiration and fulfilment. Planning your morning will help it become a habit.
10. Alternate your diet
Eat less of the foods that cause inflammation. The abundance of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and seafood may enhance the antioxidants that aid in lower inflammation.
I sincerely hope that these pointers may inspire you! Making a few minor adjustments can improve your body and mind, resulting in increased motivation and energy throughout the day.
